TheGreatLarryBirdJerseyE33

AprilWho? ITS TIME. I am ready to break out the flip flop and cut offs asap. Its freakin cold outside these days so ill just have to dream and prep the spring wardrobe instead. I found this long-sleeve spandex top at Sally-Anne $2.99, its has a lace like detailing on it so it is sheer in some parts. its supper tight and looks great tucked into cutoffs, I found these dark wash per-cuffed (how convenient) button up high waited jean shorts at the Sally-Anne as well, $4.99.

SummerTimeGirlsAreTheKindILike. I spotted the sparkling gold chain from across the room and ran to it like a bag of 5 cent candy. The gold chain mixed with the cream woven straw like structure gives it a summery Chanel feel. I loouuve it. I found this dark brown faux fur vest for $8.99. I have been wanting a pair of brown lace up loafers forever but i found the second best thing..black lace up loafers, they fit perfect and have suede detailing on the top. ooowwweeeeee.

HipHopMarmaladeSpicAndSpan.Thrifty fur through anyone? i bought these indigo yellow skinnys a few years ago and wore them a few times until I realized they were going out of style faster then flanel. They are high cut around the waste, so i shredded them up to make some killla bootay shorts. Paired with a black lace negligee and a cotton white crop both $0.99 at Sally-Anne.BLANGBLANG money in the thang... layer gold necklace is features in previous post.

MetYouOneSummerWhereItAllBegan. eeeeehh onesseeee. The little grey bubble shorts are actually a tube top one piece i got in a thrift store in Nelson B.C a few summers ago. The cropped jean jacket was Sally-Anne $7.99. pairing the jean material with the cotton, dresses up the look a little.
Cheap plastic jewelry is the bomb. I just got a bunch of humongous rings and necklaces on clearance at this super hip and cool store you have probably never heard of, SuzyShear.ahhhh

HitTheRoadJack

MarchingIntoMarch. Legging with Gold woven pipping down the sides. These pants are so rad and tight and basically go with next to nothing in my closet but i had to have them.

BigBoyIce. I have been collecting second hand jewelry for quite a few years now. ValueVillage would have to be one of the best places to find accessories. The layered Gold Necklace and the chunky copper and gold necklace are from Value Village I have had the chunky one since 2005. I really love big fat statement costume jewelery. The Blue, black and gold locket were all my Nana's Pieces. I love this Locket, is has a clock inside and amazing detailing on the face. I have been Looking at this Huge ELEPHANT head necklace in a store for quite some time now, i really want it even tho it ways like 30 pounds and is over priced.Prayer for the clearance section.
The Bag is from Ardennes...$6.50 just sayyinn

ShortyYouDaHottest. For Spring I have been really into light army green colours for shorts and pants. I spotted a pair of men's-wear Shorts in this exact colour at a store i couldn't afford. Yesterday i found these Linen cuffed pants at the Sally-Anne $5.99! They fit very loose and are very comfortable. I grabbed this Blinging 80's belt to pull the pieces together.

LetMeputThisBigBoyInYourLife. The only thing this belt is missing is a gold cobra head popping off the buckle. This belt is a funky bling mess but it pulls the casual linen pants together so well! $3.99 Sally-Anne.

StacksOnMe.ahh no, I didn't buy it but I love this over sized Orange and green plaid, it was a really thick flannel material with lots of structure. $4.99 Sally-Anne. I paired it with a laces cropped slip $0.99 Sally-Anne. The slip went really well with the linen pants above.. to dress them up.

HotCuzImFly.

YouAintCuzYouNot.EEk Watt an ffing loser. I hate myself for this. i don't know how it happened. it all started 4 years ago, some of it thrift some of it not. I tried to quite over and over but something about it made me cave every time.Compulsive plaid hoarding .

ThisIsWhy.People Style Watch is the best.I read a few different Mag's for fashion and design inspiration but what i am looking for is Visual Imaging .. PICTURESPICTURESPICTURES.I had a subscription to Nylon for a few years but I find My self flipping through and nothing really grabs my attention. I do love to read a large variety of Mag's for different purposes but for fashion and pictures People Style Watch is the best...

P.I.M.P

MJ Inspiration. The black bustier under the blazer is a recent purchase from Sally-Anne $1.99, i has super fitted and extremely tight boning in it...looks great under sheer tops! The White Blazer is a vintage army jacket that my Papa used after serving in the second world war. I haven't worn it yet but it has great structure and should pads, the gold medallions and cuff-links make this one of my most cherished possessions. Sequin pants seen in previous post. This ensemble is a definite dream and cant wait to find an occasion too pull it out!

JACKIEO. LUUUVE LUUUVE. I bought this kelly green dress a few months ago $7.99 Sally-Anne. I had no where to wear it in the near or far future but i had to have it. The structured shoulders and flowy sleeves give it a Retro-Bo-HO feel. I think the dress is from the 80's but it has a 60's flare that i like! I paired it with a braided brown belt to give it more shape but it could be worn loose with some extra sky high heels!

ThrowBack. The cream vest seen here, i bought in 2005 at value village. I have got a ton of use out of it! but I have never worn it done up on its own. I usually wear it as a layering piece. I paired it with a pair of men's wear crop pants that I cuffed, too make more fancy!

DiamondsAreForever. The crush navy velvet blazer with diamond buttons blingblig, i have had since i was little, its a little snug but pulls a causal outfit together perfectly. It as puff-princess sleeves and is cropped quite short. I paired it with a loose white tank and an old pair of Levi rolled cut-offs and brown braided loafers seen in previous entry. I have to say that when it comes to shopping In the past I was definitely a quantity over quality kind of person, but with solid pieces like this blazer I am becoming more of a one nice piece at a time buyer.

HootyHoo. The owl necklace. I bought this necklace about three summers ago. I have got so much use out of it, it was gold but now has a brassy vintage feel to it, its quite heavy but it add so much flavvva. the navy top is a plus-sized silk t-shirt blouse, Sally-Anne $2.99. It has small golden yellow leafy patterns on it. it looks great with leggings. Here i have paired it with jean cut-off and a vintage navy belt with a huge gold buckle $0.99. the belt is wide and fitted it adds structure and balance to the oversized top. Brown leather slip on loafers looove them, have worn them everyday basically since I bought them. MARION PUSHED ME INTO A PILE OF MUD AFTER HOCKEY GAME, they may not recover. mother ffing cheap fake leather.

PreppyPretty.I don't usually go for overly feminine outfits but I like to mix tailored items in with more casual pieces. I found this stretch high-waisted blue skirt at Sally-Anne in Spring 2007 $3.99, it fits tight but is long a slimming. I paired it with a men's three-quarter lengths black cotton top Value Village $1.99. When it come to accessory like belt and bags I always always choose brown leather.. I try to break out of the habit but i just feel brown has a more causal Bohemian feel then black or white. I love this jumbo brown belt, i use it all the time to belt over sized tanks. The white leather pep toe bowed flats are from The Richmond night market $4.99, they are very girlie and have a Chanel like feel.
